Returns Policy
Our [Return & Refund Policy] provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Please make sure products are returned with the tags and the original packaging intact, in an unwashed, undamaged and unused. Refund/replacement would be issued after a thorough inspection of the product(s).
Please note that above process may take up to 72 working hours.
Courier charges will be Pay by customer only.
Pickup facility is not available; customer needs to courier it to the GIFTAKART address.
IMPORTANT POINTS FOR SHIPPING
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the India.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Shipping Policy
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
To ensure safe and secure delivery of the package the details of the government photo identification will be noted. The recipient of the package must cooperate with the courier agent by providing required and valid copies of his / her government approved photo identification.At the time of placing the order, the customer should state their full name.
At the point of delivery the recipient shall collect the product, by furnishing any one of the following government approved photo identification card like pan card, Ration Card, Driver’s License, (PAN) card, Voters Identification card, Passport.
To ensure properly delivery, the courier agent would ask for the above (any of) above documents to verify the recipient is verified and confirmed by them. Delivery would only be done after the document(s) have been verified. All shipping charges and other local charges shall be borne by the customer. Recipient accepting delivery should carefully examine the package delivered and shall not accept deliveries where the packaging has been tampered with.
They shall not accept deliveries, where they find that the box is empty or the contents are damaged or the contents are not in accordance to the order placed.The Member has the option to change the shipping address, before the product is actually shipped.
In the event the Member wishes to change the shipping address, he / she has to log-in to his / her user account on the website and click on the "Change Shipping Address" button next to the shipping address and change the address. This "Change Shipping Address" icon will be active only till the order status changes to "Shipped”. Once the order status changes "To Shipped" the "Change Shipping Address", link becomes inactive.Guarantee for delivery made by the Company is subject to terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistency / errors in name or address will result in non-delivery of the product.
RETURNS
We want you to happy. If there is any defect in the product when it is damaged. You can complain to the customer care of the GIFTAKART.if for any reason you are satisfied wih your purchase from Giftakart and wish to return it for a refund, we accept returns up to 14 days after Recevied the product.
If Any disputes will be subject to Uttar Pradesh Jurisdiction only.
